Art&Co. is the world's largest art auction to help with the immediate as well as longer term causal effects of COVID-19, including illnesses, mental health and domestic violence.

Art&Co. is an initiative by InsurAid, a PremFina company set up to encourage corporate and personal donations to support those affected by humanitarian disasters, public health and safety crises. InsurAid focuses on events for which insurance is scarce or unavailable.

Bundeep Singh Rangar

PremFina CEO

Bundeep Singh Rangar is a recognized fintech entrepreneur, investor and deal maker (www.rangar.com). He has raised more half a billion dollars in equity and debt funding in the UK, Europe, Canada and India, over the past decade. He celebrated his last raise for his venture PremFina via a pilgrimage to Burning Man in the Nevada desert. Bundeep raised £27 million for his London-based insurtech firm PremFina from Japan’s Rakuten Capital, Silicon Valley and UK-based Draper Esprit, Thomvest Ventures, the family office of Canada’s Thomson family and shareholders in Thomson Reuters, Emery Capital and Talis Capital, to make PremFina the UK’s leading alternative premium finance provider.

He is an investor in various fintech companies and has been featured in publications such as Bloomberg News, Forbes, The Telegraph and The Times. He is a frequent guest on Bloomberg TV, the BBC, CNBC, CNN and Sky News (www.rangar.tv). He has also produced his first Bollywood-Hollywood crossover film, Line of Descent.

Klaudia Gorczyca

Project Coordinator

Klaudia is a Director of International Business at PremFina – responsible for business development, client acquisition and relationship management across Europe. She is managing Art & Co. auction.

Previously, Klaudia worked at one of the largest global hedge funds – Citadel – on the cross-product business development side. She managed accounts in the UK, France, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, CEE and other countries. She also worked at London Derivatives Exchange (part of Deutsche Börse) and at the global proprietary trading firm OSTC.

She has a double Master’s Degree from the Warsaw School of Economics. She also studied at Paris Institute of Political Studies and Oxford University Saïd Business School.

Lisa Powis

Advisory Board Member

Lisa Powis is best known for her role as the founder and CEO of the Fresh Insurance Group, a multi-niche personal lines brokerage with over 80,000 policyholders, writing over £60 million in annual gross written premiums. Lisa went on to achieve three well renowned industry awards for Fresh as the ‘Personal Lines Broker of the Year’ by The British Insurance, Insurance Age and Insurance Times. Lisa sits on two advisory boards and is part of the Scale Up Group UK, that helps grow global champions and mentoring via the Accelerator Academy. Lisa also supports ‘Painting Our World in Silver,” a charity that fights loneliness among the elderly.

Martin Graham

Non-Executive Board Member

Martin Graham has a notable career in the financial services industry. Between 2003 and 2009, he was Director of Markets at London Stock Exchange PLC (LSE) and Head of the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) where he had direct responsibility for more than $500 million of revenue and 75% of group profit. He led LSE’s transformational growth strategy focused on driving market efficiency, resulting in a five-fold increase in market size between 2003 and 2008.

Furthermore, Martin was instrumental in building LSE’s international franchise, which significantly outperformed its main competitors. He is currently Chairman of Aldbourne Partners Ltd., a London-based multi-family office business and wealth management consultancy. Martin was also previously on the Board of the Moscow Stock Exchange where he was Chairman of the Board’s Risk Management Committee.

Previously, Martin held senior positions in the global financial services sector including Head of Pan European Equities and Global Head of Equity Sales at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson. He also provided specialist consultancy services to some of the world’s leading General Partners in investment funds.

Mark Cliff

Advisory Board Member

Mark Cliff has a broad portfolio of NEDs, including Be Wiser and Evolution Claims Management, as well as several advisory roles for insurtechs. Previously he was Executive Chairman and CEO of Brightside Group, which he joined in 2015. Prior to Brightside, Mark was Chief Executive of retail and distribution at Ageas Insurance Ltd, where he was responsible for all Ageas UK’s broker distribution and affinity relationships, as well as Ageas’s Kwik Fit Financial Services, Ageas Insurance Solutions, RIAS and Castle Cover. Mark has also worked at AXA Insurance, where he held the position of Markets, Managing Director, and was responsible for all distribution channels, commercial branch operations, as well as customer service and marketing. In his early career, Mark worked at RSA in a variety of roles for 15 years. Mark is also Deputy Chairman of BIBA’s Large Broker Advisory Board and Vice President of the CII.

Martyn Holman

Advisory Board Member

Martyn Holman is the non-executive Director of Insurance software company Open GI and the telematics driving club for cheaper auto insurance, Smart Driver Insurance. Martyn has held many senior executive positions at both insurance brokers and insurers during his more than 40 years in the insurance industry, including Group Commercial Director at insurance company Markerstudy Group and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at broker Brightside Group Ltd. Prior to that, he was a director at Marsh Ltd, which is the largest insurance broker in the U.K. today.

Oskar Mielczarek

Managing Partner, Rakuten Capital

Oskar Mielczarek is the Managing Partner at Rakuten FinTech Fund and Rakuten Mobility Investment. He has led multiple investments in the fintech and ridesharing space, including Lyft, Cabify and Glovo. Oskar also serves on the Board of Directors for Cabify.

Prior to joining Rakuten, Oskar had extensive experience in the financial industry, including in investment banking and capital markets while at J.P. Morgan and Merrill Lynch, and in private equity and retail financial services in North America and Europe. Oskar earned his BA at ICADE in Spain and MBA at Harvard Business School.

Vinoth Jayakumar

Partner at Draper Esprit

Vinoth Jayakumar joined Draper Esprit as a Principal in 2016 and was made a Partner in 2020. Prior to that he worked at a boutique management consulting firm in London for six years. He also ran a micro-angel group, investing in crowdfunded start-ups in the past. Vinoth is a Chartered Accountant (ACA, ICAEW) and has a degree in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics.
